I am a first-year graduate student of biomedical engineering at UVA and I just finished my undergraduate study at Southern University of Science and Technology, also majoring in BME. I am passionate about innovations and advancements in the medical field and eager to learn more. During my undergraduate studies, I worked on two different projects: developing a virus RNA detection platform using gold nanoparticles and conducting retrograde tracing of mice brain using rabies virus. My biggest motivation is the hope that my research will one day have a clinical impact, and I am so inspired by the work being done at the Imaginnovation Lab.

I am a R&B music lover and Kpop fan. Recently, I like reading social science books.
